You are never expected to tip our removals team after your move.
Whilst offering a tip to the team is appreciated, it is never a requirement and should always be done at your discretion.
If you do wish to leave a tip you should give what you feel is reasonable in the circumstances.

Decluttering and limiting the amount of belongings you move may help towards reducing your overall removals costs. By doing so, the overall number of boxes required may be significantly reduced. It’s also nice to move into a new home without too much excess clutter to find homes for, especially if you are downsizing.
It’s recommended that you book at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance of your planned moving date. During peak summer season, this can extend to 8 weeks or more, so be prepared well in advance. By doing so, this will give you plenty of time to get everything organised before the big moving day.
